Ive used Rich 3 times in the last year for various heating and ac problems and I am very happy i found him. Prompt, courteous and explains what is going on with the system in question. His fees are very reasonable compared to many of the bigger companies.
Rich has serviced and repaired our boiler for the past 3 years. He is always incredibly helpful with explaining any issues and responsive to my calls. Today I noticed my boiler was leaking and he came out right away to service it. Turns out he is leaving for a vacation today, but he took the time to come help us out before he left. He really went above and beyond for us and his outstanding service deserves to be recognized. Thank you so much Rich! Have a great vacation!
