Has everything you could ever need. Great environment, a very old school feel with a ton of cool personal touches. You could tell Rich really cares for this place. He does an exceptional job keeping this place spotless and it does not go unnoticed. Gym is very tight knit, everyone is friendly and seems to know each other. I only wish i found this place sooner.

Plenty of leg machines, dumbbells, squat/bench racks, good amount of cables, and a great selection of EZ bar’s and straight bars.

My dad and I were in town from KC for my grandmas funeral and the hotel gym wasn’t cutting it. It was 8:30pm, we were driving around and calling places to see where is staffed so we could get day passes. No gyms were picking up until we called the number Rich has posted. We asked about day passes and he asked what we were doing in town and we told him. Without hesitation he told us the passcode to get in. Truly a class act that my dad and I won’t forget. My son was turned on to this place by a couple of buddies who speak highly of it. I called the gym this morning and spoke to the owner. I asked a bunch of questions and Rich patiently answered them all. Rich treated me like we were old friends. I haven't signed up yet but after speaking to Rich, I'm going to! Seems like a great dude!

Literal basement gym straight out of something like fight club, the atmosphere is more than enough to get you motivated. i recommend this place 100%
