We are very happy with our dock from Rich's Dock Co. Ryan was very nice to work with and was responsive when we would call him. His crew is very polite and hard workers.
We have had our dock for just over a yr. Absolutely loving it. The process was incredible with everyone there. Communication was second to none throughout the whole process.
Great company to work with. Ryan collaborated with us for a year helping us design a custom dock with lots of extras. Even though we made lots of changes on the fly, he and his team delivered on time! We couldn’t be happier with our new dock.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Poor quality docks and welds. The company truly just look for a way to screw people over. Definitely don't work there. They won't pay you what they owe you. Another example of screwing people over. Truly an all around joke of a company.
Excellent dock company, pride in service and very good quality of work! Highly recommend!!
