Wow, I can't say enough good things about Rich's service! A while back we hired another company to clean our carpets and the results were "pretty good", so we were going to hire them again but they weren't available in the timeframe we needed, so we looked around and found Rich's Carpet Cleaning Plus. When Rich came out, he indicated that the carpet probably needed to be replaced and warned that we should temper our expectations. Someone got sick in our house and we had an emergency carpet clean up. I called around and no one had any availability but Rich was willing to squeeze us in. Price was fair and he did a really great job. Will definitely use Rich again.
Absolutely incredible. In Rich’s words “30% of the cleaners out there are good, 30% do a mediocre job, and 30% of them should be out of the industry”. Rich is the 1%. The carpets in my rental properties come out looking new. Could not recommend more for stretching or cleaning.
