I paid for a membership just like the guy in front of me. Yet the guy in front of me received air freshener and instructions on how to use his membership. I however was given zero instructions I don't even know what to do when I go back does it work by my phone number do I have to have a code I have no idea because the guy didn't explain it to me and I didn't realize until I was leaving. I am getting sick and tired of the employees trying to get me to buy a membership. I have told them time and time again that I don't want a membership, but they keep harassing me. Today I told the attendant if he keeps harassing me about a membership I would go down the street to the competitors car wash. His reply was "fine go ahead."
