Wouldn't let me wash again after mud all by the wheel well
the manager is very unprofessional and rude.
One Saturday, we came to get our truck washed and honestly forgot that there were items in the bed of the truck. I understand that the car wash has a policy regarding this, and I take full responsibility for not clearing it beforehand. However, the issue was not the policy, it was the employee’s behavior. Yesterday I went around 6:25 and they had closed half of the vacuum area and put up the trash cans. Closing early when your posted time is 7 PM is ridiculous. I pay $30 a month so I can come anytime before 7, not 6:20. And based on other reviews, this seems to be a daily thing. If you’re going to close early, at least be honest about your hours. Otherwise, I’ll happily take my membership back to Mister Car Wash which is more convenient as they have more locations and I could easily go any, compared to here that is just close... read more
I like coming here because it’s convenient and they offer a few extras that help when washing my truck. My only issue is they close way too early. The hours say that they close at 7 PM but today I pulled up at 6:40 they already had the cones up, and this isn’t the first time. I get it, if you close maybe five minutes early but closing the whole 20 to 30 minutes early is kind of crazy when your hours say 7 PM.
