Terrible customer service i try that location for the first time Sunday the Hispanic employee acted like he didn't wanted to be there he said no drying towel so I got my own towel from my car the I ask him for the spray solution he told me nope so then I ask for a car scent and he's answer was we don't have anything with a attitude i wish I knew the name of that guy mexican looking but the place was empty and I understood why poor customer service and I'm a member never been treated so rude at the other location please don't... read more
Wouldn't let me wash again after mud all by the wheel well
the manager is very unprofessional and rude.
One Saturday, we came to get our truck washed and honestly forgot that there were items in the bed of the truck. I understand that the car wash has a policy regarding this, and I take full responsibility for not clearing it beforehand. However, the issue was not the policy, it was the employee’s behavior. Without informing me, the associate climbed into the back of the truck and began removing the items while loudly cursing and throwing them.
