I guess my expectations were too high based on their rates, but I expected more than I got. First, I didn't see anything on their instructions to put my car in neutral. I had to ask the guy 3 times before he heard me. Luckily, I went to another (better) car wash a few weeks ago that gave better instructions. Second, there doesn't seem to be a way to get to the vacuum area. On both sides of the entrance are signs that say to not enter, exit only. Bought the ceramic wash on two separate vehicles. Sign clearly says "Buff" . Buffer never came diwn on either vehicle. Pricing is good but no buffer and no towels. Bad combo.

I cancelled my membership a few months ago and they are still charging me. Call 4 times no one seems to pick up. Went on the website to send message and it doesn’t work. Horrible

Signed up through their website to get a $30 membership, put in all my details of my vehicle. Said to wait 15 min for the system to update. I did that. Got to the car wash and couldn't get through. Held up the line because I had no barcode to scan. The one of the guys tried searching my number up through the system. That also didnt work. Drove over here for nothing. Going to cancel the membership and going to a different place. Won't be coming back.
