It was awesome! I got a basic car wash for $7 and the vacuums are free and work great!
Please be careful of this business. They are scammers. I cancelled my membership March 22 and have been charged for April and May. It doesn’t list my personalized plates but a Temp plate. They do not return phone calls or emails. They are FRAUDS! Watch your bank statements.
Their outside staff exceeded my expectation with customer service on this day (4/24/26 around 5:30/6pm). I Paid for the $16 and asked the attendants to pressure wash the bugs off the front of my SUV. They did so. I went through the carwash unaware of the "bug bin" wash I uad just passed up, then proceeded to the Free vacuum service. After vacuuming, I decided to use Rich's bug washing station, thinking I'd just return home and rinse it off, no big deal. I was not disgruntled at Rich's, just the love bug season. LOL!
