Gave a 5 star review because 99% of these guys are awesome. However the guy that worked 4/5 @1:12pm was the laziest I’ve seen yet! Sprayed my windshield for 1 sec and turned his back. Same to the car ahead of me. Real shame
I have been a Rich’s customer for many years. I was so elated when they opened one in Robertsdale. It is always clean. The staff is good, but two people on the staff always make it a brighter day when I see their smiling faces. And I say smiling faces, because no matter what they are always smiling. Update : they did fix the damage to my vehicle in a timely manner. I appreciate the owner for correcting the issue. 4 stars for being an honest business. I don't think I'll be back as my vehicle can not handle the power of your car wash lol but it was sparkly in the end despite the damage. Thank you again for making it right.
Young lady was sitting down on her phone and vaping while I was having issues with my cash while paying and she didn’t pay me any attention, this is the second time I’ve been to a Rich’s car wash and I am not impressed. 0/10 service would not recommend. Edit I came back by service was amazing I was greeted with smiles and welcomes, when I was being loaded on the attendant put a smiley face on my window with the soap gun absolutely amazing service and I see myself coming by in the future.
