The manager or person who acts like the manager was rude. I will probably cancel my membership. I needed 2 wash, I have membership, he said 1 per day and after he stormed off and left me at the gate with many customers behind me waiting they finally let me go. But they gave me basic wash on my 2nd and my membership is for the better one. If it's that big of a deal I'll just go to another place. The last few months the vacuum cleaners work and others don't. And the worst thing is that the washing system is leaving a lot of scratches on my vehicles. I'm seriously thinking about canceling my subscription.
Used to love bringing my vehicles for a quick car wash and I never had an issue until I took my truck on Thursday 2/20/2025. I guess the machines don't work or something because its the first time that the back of my truck didn't get washed, the dirt was still back there, the back camera is still very dirty which I can't see anything at all and then to say that the machines in the car wash broke off my windshield whipper! Service went from excellent to very bad service.
