I made a purchase for a membership. After getting my car through the car wash I noticed multiple stains still on the car. I went through to get it washed again and the service manager MIGUEL REFUSED to get me right. None of the vacuums work. Be cautious and aware of these scams.
Laziest group of workers! So inconsistent! Sometimes the spray off your window sometimes the don’t. When they do it’s half ass. The back window is even worse. They pick the wrong setting for my 5th wheel 90% of the time too. If your car doesn’t get clean, they won’t even let you go back through the bay. Even if you have a membership! When another place opens I’m so gone!
Sucks place. They signed all customers as members and take money from their accounts monthly without them knowing
I live not too far away from this car wash and I am a paid member and it’s not all the time that I need my car washed sometimes I’d just like to drive in and use the vacuums but apparently I can’t do that because they blocked the entry way with cones so there goes that option! May not mean much but I won’t renew I’d rather drive to Westheimer and pay those guys at least the vacuums will be opened and not blocked!!!!!
