They should send you a feedback email if you're a member. The stall that I used the vacuum had a bad attachment and no towels to clean your door jams the day I went. Knocked off a star for that.
**edit 6/2025*** after some bad experiences at other car washes and all the construction on Northpark, I came back to this car wash. Figured might as well give it a second chance since they are a new business here. This time they had a guy washing the back of my car as I entered the wash so that really cut down on the amount of dirt that was left last time. I feel like the wash was much better. I love this car wash! Great customer service. Friendly, helpful and they might even give you a free air freshener. They have a solid car washing drive thru. I suggest getting there top tier car wash. The tire shine is darn good! You might want to wipe your rims down with the provided towels after going thru the wash. Nothing is perfect.
