Good quality drive-thru automatic car wash offering low price membership, free vacuum and free car mat washers.
I am very upset. I bought the membership for my husband, and after they charged me for the second month, my husband went, and it turns out he can’t use the car wash because of some metal parts he has added to his truck. So I went and I called twice, and they can’t give me my money back because they “don’t do refunds,” even though they’re the ones who have rules they never told me about before I got the membership. So they kept my money, and the car wash wasn’t even used for the whole month. It’s a robbery.
My truck was damaged in car wash, management offered free car washes only, and refused to give me anyone else phone number to help fix the problem
They should send you a feedback email if you're a member. The stall that I used the vacuum had a bad attachment and no towels to clean your door jams the day I went. Knocked off a star for that.
**edit 6/2025*** after some bad experiences at other car washes and all the construction on Northpark, I came back to this car wash. Figured might as well give it a second chance since they are a new business here. This time they had a guy washing the back of my car as I entered the wash so that really cut down on the amount of dirt that was left last time. I feel like the wash was much better.
