I hate leaving negative reviews, but Rich’s Car Wash really needs to do better lately. I pay for the top-tier monthly membership, and the quality has gone downhill. Between the tracks not pulling my car through smoothly, the drying roller not coming down, and now the vacuums barely working, it’s becoming more frustrating than convenient. There's not enough staff, the hoses fall apart or are clogged. There is never enough window washing solution. One tiny wall mounted unit is supposed to last all day for each car spot. You have to walk all over the place to find some Clean car washing cloths, and find a station that actually still has some window cleaning solution.In it. The few stations that have rags, you have to walk a distance to get them.And then usually there are none. I joined the membership but somewhat disappointed at lack of service.
