9/30/26?went through the car wash and it was not great. I was very disappointed that the vacuum cleaners were blocked off so i was not able to clean the inside of my vehicle. I came home and washed and cleaned the inside myself. I will save my money for now on.
I visited this car wash around 6:15 p.m., and the experience was disappointing. Trash was scattered everywhere, and the staff did not seem welcoming or attentive. A woman ahead of me was stuck at a kiosk that wouldn’t open, and no one came to assist her. I had to back up my car just to get out of the line. The wash pressure itself was decent, but the customer service was extremely poor. Overall, the location needs serious improvement in cleanliness, staff engagement, and responsiveness.
