Cancelled membership on the due date. They cancelled the use of the wash, but still charged me 35 dollars and even though the attendant says he put in for a refund, no one will return my call nor email request for contact. This is now 3 weeks
I had a negative experience at Rich’s about two years ago. They have recently been outstanding. The wash is quick and the staff are polite!
Amazing service! Mr. Derick shined my tires personally and took real good care of me! I highly recommend this car wash spot!
