Awful place. I was at wash on last Saturday and after being directed soooo closely behind another car, at some point inside of the wash , they are insinuating that the car ahead of me applied his brakes. Ok! You had me to do an incident report but only ask for the other driver phone number. Now you are telling me that not only do I have to file it with my insurance, I don’t have a name or anything. Who’s to say that this is a correct number? Stay clear of the Rich’s Car Wash in Opelika. If I could give you a -1 I would.
