A month ago, while washing my car, I cracked the windshield. I talked to the manager and waited, but Yeonrik didn't come, so I went to see him, and he gave me the wrong information and went back, and when I went back, he said strangely that there was damage to the front and top, trying not to take responsibility. This is such an irresponsible business that I will never go again.
No warning, no courtesy whatsoever. 2 employees in the lot CLEARLY saw me finishing up with vacuum & didn’t bother to let me know they were about to shut them off. Id needed less than 5 minutes to finish, & I would have been able to if I was given fair warning. My job required a spotless car and now I can’t work.
Maybe a plan for 3-4 washes per month under a phone number so I can wash both vehicles. 2 washes per vehicle (4 total) each a month might be worth the $20.
The attendants are very helpful and friendly. The basic wash is mine bucks and my truck always comes out looking great.
