Just canceled my membership with this company. They advertised they have towels, rarely have enough to support the cars that are in line and vacuuming. When they do have them they are limited and soaking wet. Employees are busy texting on their phones and talking to themselves to answer questions. Vacuums are rarely turned on until you ask for them. I don't think it's a lot to ask to do the bare minimum for a car wash. Don't use these guys go to the duck, I am.
