I recently had a terrible experience here. I went in for a quick wash and a trim piece from my car was ripped off and damaged while going thru. The local employees took my info and submitted a claim. When corporate reached out they acknowledged that the damage occurred while going thru their car wash but bc it’s 7+ years old they aren’t willing to do the right thing
