Horrible experience. Wife took our Subaru to this car wash and immediately noticed deep scratches on the passenger side after getting out to vacuum. Employee walked over to see what was wrong and made a comment about not being surprised if the side washers were dirty and might have had a rock in it. She filed a claim before leaving. After hearding from the claim department, we were told there was no fault on their end and after reviewing the footage it wasn’t on them. Worst car wash and customer service I’ve ever experienced. If I could give zero stars I would. Would not recommend to anyone. I went through this car wash and now have damage to the paint on my car. Deep scratches and chunks of paint missing on my passenger side. Filed a claim with them but they will not take any fault and say they cannot access camera footage to check after he told me he reviewed camera footage already.
