I’ve been going to Rich’s Car Wash for years with the same vehicle and never had a single issue. Today, out of nowhere, a new assistant manager told me I can no longer come because of my bumper and that this would be my last day. What’s frustrating is nothing about my car has changed, and no one has ever mentioned it before. I have a membership on multiple vehicles. Each time I try to go through the gate to scan my membership tag the scanner always has a had time reading my tag. It frustrates me because I always end up holding up the line

I’ve been coming here for the past 3-4 months and it’s been nice. The wash does a good job on cleaning my car and the staff is friendly. My only gripe is that I wish they had something to where you could get towels further down the parking lot

They have my account sooo messed up, they owe me 100.00 for 2 months, they withdraw 20.00 almost every day. Talked to 2 managers, in person, then check my bank, they withdrew another 20.00 yesterday. Im livid upset with Rich's. NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN AND IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE THEY OPENED. TERRIBLE SCREWED UP SYSTEM, I THINK SOMEONE IS STEALING MY MONEY, ILL GET IT BACK!!

The y close 1 hour early, they took an hour away for washing our cars . Not good business
