I’ve been coming here for the past 3-4 months and it’s been nice. The wash does a good job on cleaning my car and the staff is friendly. My only gripe is that I wish they had something to where you could get towels further down the parking lot
They have my account sooo messed up, they owe me 100.00 for 2 months, they withdraw 20.00 almost every day. Talked to 2 managers, in person, then check my bank, they withdrew another 20.00 yesterday. Im livid upset with Rich's. NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN AND IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE THEY OPENED. TERRIBLE SCREWED UP SYSTEM, I THINK SOMEONE IS STEALING MY MONEY, ILL GET IT BACK!!
The y close 1 hour early, they took an hour away for washing our cars . Not good business
So my son and daughter took their car to RICKS . And this is what they got back! Don't go here you spend 16 dollars for a 1000k worth of damage . We will see if they make it right !
