I paid for the top of the line wash at Rich’s car wash and my truck STILL came out with dirt on multiple panels. For the price they charge, I expected a clean vehicle, not something that looks like it was rinsed with a garden hose from 20 feet away. The underbody wash might as well not exist—it doesn’t touch anything. They “pre-spray” the truck, but only on ONE SIDE because apparently walking five steps to the other side is just too much effort for the staff. We’ve been subscribers since Rich’s opened. Great value, great service and great people. Today, Jack, the assistant manager went the extra mile! I managed to accidentally include my phone in a handful of trash items and didn’t realize it until our truck was completely cleaned, vacuumed and sparkly. By then all of the trash cans had been collected and emptied into the dumpster. I searched everywhere for my phone and then as a last resort thought that perhaps it had been thrown away.
