RecommendedAlways such a friendly staff, great service, and exceptional car wash.
I just paid for the full service.. there is still dirt all in the driver side seat and back seat of my car. The dash didn’t get wiped off good because there is a mark from where something was spilled on it 2 days ago. The doors on the inside did not wiped down. Also where the cup holders and gear shifter is in the front, that didn’t get wiped down.. dust dirt and stains all over the place. NOT PLEASED AT ALL.

It says they’re open at 8am... I sat And waited til 8:10am - no sign of anyone. This has happened multiple times now.

RecommendedI went to Rich's the first time today with my purple jeep and the guys were very helpful and patient. Then a customer fell and I was trying to help him and it took three of us to get him in his SUV. The staff was helpful and sympathetic and even gave me a pair of gloves to put a bandage on this mans bleeding foot. They were all awesome I will go again and wish each member there a very Merry Christmas. You go guys!!!
