This place was most beloved by me and my mother. Until recently. We have been loyal customers for years but it has gotten worse over the years. The portions are not as big, bagels are rock hard, the sandwich fillings are not what they used to be, and they cheap out on the pasta salad. Even the cookies which are always a hit were dry and had chunks of brown sugar. Not to mention the workers are not very efficient nor very friendly.
