Absolutely wonderful. I called first with my problem and was told they could take care of me come on, so I did. Nice, professional, gave me options and extremely well priced. Thank you so much and if I do have problems I will definitely call Rich's
My AC wasn’t working and I took it to two places before I took it to Rich’s on a recommendation. They not only fixed the problem (replaced compressor) but identified what was wrong with it, which the other two said something else besides the compressor was broken. They walked me through all the steps and were very flexible on times I could get it done. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had with any auto shop. Highly recommend!
