I had less than an hour before Napa closed, the only store with the brakes I needed in stock, so I ordered and paid for them online as it stated 30 minutes to pick up. When I arrived not only was i not greeted but when I walked up to the counter the man seemed almost annoyed by my presence. There was a back and forth between the two employees about where online packages go, telling me they don't look at online orders, they get a number, go get a box and put it 'here' for pick up.
