If you like Cavemen, then Rich is your man! He will grunt when you enter his shop and give you terrible customer service! He scolded me because I didn't have anyone follow me to his shop because I am new in town and don't know anyone. Then he told me he couldn't help me and didn't like starting his Mondays off like that. He handed me my keys and shut his door. The worst customer service EVER!
