When to Rich's to have a bumper replaced on my 1 year old Toyota, it was cracked in a hit and run. The part came in under what I was expecting and the labor seemed fair. Replace the bumper and everything looked great. Fast forward a month or two. I am on a road trip in Georgia and I start to have issues with rear parking assist sensors. Stop on the local Toyota dealership in Georgia. Turn out the brackets that hold the sensors we're not secured properly. And they are falling off. If I could post no stars I would. The man who “helped” me told me to come in for an estimate and when I showed him what I wanted fixed he kept trying to find anything else on my car to fix but, what I was actually asking for. He tried to manipulate me and cause fear that there were issues with my car without even looking at it. He is a price gauger and not professional. We will be going with any other option.
