Had minor damage. Affordable fix. Wonderful owner. Makes you feel comfortable with the price of the repairs.
I have only had complete satisfaction, never any problem. My friends who l have recommended Rich's for body work have been satisfied by price and quality of work.
When to Rich's to have a bumper replaced on my 1 year old Toyota, it was cracked in a hit and run. The part came in under what I was expecting and the labor seemed fair. Replace the bumper and everything looked great. Fast forward a month or two. I am on a road trip in Georgia and I start to have issues with rear parking assist sensors. Stop on the local Toyota dealership in Georgia. Turn out the brackets that hold the sensors we're not secured properly. And they are falling off.
