My mishap happened a couple of years ago, but I just discovered I didn't review Rich's Auto Body when a distracted operator backed his huge pickup truck w/tow hitch in place through my bumper. Worse yet, I was sitting in the car blowing the horn. Anyway, this is how I ended up at Rich's. The repair was flawless, all electronic related to air bags were checked and cleared. I want to thank Rich, Sr & Jr, and Crew for putting my car back together after a pretty serious rear-end collision, they were concerned about the safety of the car and sent it to the dealer to have the ABS system calibrated and Rich senior drove it to Mystic and back to make sure it was all right. I drove it back to NY and I feel it drives better than before and it looks great, you can't even tell it was in an accident, and it needed A LOT of work, hood, front bumper, lights, A/C, radiator, ABS etc. Thanks again all for gett... read more
I hit a deer and messed up the front of my car pretty badly. The car was still drivable, so I waited about a month to bring it in but only because I saw how amazing the reviews were for this shop. Insurance covered two of my tires that were damaged, and I had already been needing new tires even before the accident. They offered to fix the other two tires for me which cost about 250 each and only charged me 300 for both. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new again. Would definitely recommend!! He went above and beyond and made an already stressful experience easier. Was pleased with the work they did and was done in a reasonable amount of time.
