Rich is honest and fair, as others have attested. He's also amazing. When I took my car in so that he could look at a dented rear fender and tell me what my options were, he first wanted to know if the damage was insured (it wasn't) and then asked if I would let him put a suction cup on it. I said sure, thinking he wanted to test the metal as part of his diagnosis. But he put it on the depression and pulled, and the dent popped back out. I was astonished. My car had a dent near the roof rail with some paint chipping and I scheduled my appointment a few months out which was no big deal. I’m glad I waited because I am more than satisfied with the results and workmanship from Rich’s Auto body. Definitely trusted and I wouldn’t hesitate going here again. They also buffed a couple other scuff spots for me as well. Good price, and a great Auto body crew that values their work.
