Called Rich's to come take a look at my HVAC system, had a feeling it would be very costly to fix with a list of issues, but Rich's quote was far below what i was worried the total would be. Walked me through each of the issues and what needed to be done, how to maintain the system myself going forward after his drain line fix / install. I recently had the pleasure of working with Rich's A.C., and I cannot recommend them enough. After getting a quote from another A.C. company, I was shocked by how much they were trying to charge me, especially when it seemed like they were recommending unnecessary work to make a quick profit. Last night, my A/C stopped working. I called Rich's A/C, and they responded quickly. Within an hour, they were at my door and found the problem right away. They had the part needed on their truck, so they were able to fix it immediately. The service was quick, efficient, and affordable. I’m very grateful for their help and would definitely recommend Rich’s A.C.!

Kevin and his team are amazing. My ac went out on a hot day and they came out the same day and fixed everything. He also helped improve our air duct system throughout our house. He's extremely friendly, professional, and pricing is very reasonable.
