We recently went on the 4th grade Tredegar riverfront tour. Our tour guides were nice and knowledgeable, but it was very repetitive. The children were very bored (lots of sitting for prolonged periods). Overall I think they were pretty disappointed. Definitely thought there would be more walking and sight seeing. They did, however, have a few hands on activities (passing arrowheads around, feeling leather and fur etc.) that the kids seemed to enjoy.
