I recently had a terrible experience at this orthodontist office and I would strongly advise against going there. The staff was unprofessional and rude, which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the office was consistently disorganized and poorly managed. Appointments were frequently rescheduled or canceled last minute, causing me to rearrange my entire schedule to accommodate them. Overall, I would not recommend this orthodontist office to anyone. My wife used RVO for her Invisalign treatment and had extremely positive and informational experiences! The staff were incredibly accommodating for scheduling and were always available if she had any issues or needed additional trays. The appointments were always quick and the office was clean and organized. RVO gave my wife confidence now that the majority of her meetings are virtual where teeth are front and center… It has me convinced I should get a tune up of my teeth!
