January 27 update: We went in needing support with medication changes. The entire team provided excellent guidance and knowledge and personalized service. They are dedicated healthcare professionals !!!. The entire team are helpful, professional and extremely client focused. The pharmacists do an excellent job working within their scope of practice in assessing a clients symptoms and prescribing solutions to ones issues. I feel so blessed to have this team in Richmond.
It's great to have a pharmacy that focuses on health and wellness, instead of cosmetics, toys and milk. Very competent pharmacists and assistants, offering informed and useful advice.
Always so friendly and accommodating. I’ve never ever gotten this kind of service before at a Shoppers, that’s for sure. The pharmacist is so thorough and kind. They are always so quick to refill/fill your prescriptions especially if they know you need it ASAP. Lovely group of people!
