Great service from the team. We took our caravan to get new chains installed, and the office team were upfront with estimated costs as well as realistic timeframes. They were also super accommodating with drop off and pick up due to my work hours, and gave some great advice. Definitely recommend these guys.
Big shout out to this awesome business! On our way through Casino for a much needed week away at the beach and on stopping for lunch, found that our caravan battery had died (we had been expecting it to go at some stage and today was the day). Called in to Richmond Valley RV hoping that they may have a new deep cycle battery in stock. Exceptional service!!! These owners are great, we had a problem with our caravan and we rang after hours, Adam met us at the shop around 7pm and helped us out. Cannot fault this business at all! Best guys around!!!

Just had work done by Richmond Valley Caravan & Trailer Repairs — fitted a brand new Dometic fridge, serviced the axle, and repaired the awning. Very happy with the job. The work was carried out professionally, everything was explained clearly, and the van was returned clean and tidy. All the staff were friendly, helpful and easy to deal with.
