I came in the ER because my 3 year old was wheezing and I told them I believe she needs a steroid shot and they made me wait in the ER until it was my “turn”!!

Horrible place stay away!
I'm unsure why this hospital has such bad reviews. I have taken my whole family here for multiple departments and always had a great experience, despite the circumstances. Staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and they listen. You will have to wait but that's every hospital. All in all, great local hospital for the community.
Hopefully it’s a safe hospital when you go to Staten Island Hospital on the other side and you’re in your 80s or 90s And you’re by yourself and your no family they put you down! I’ll find out today my uncle’s in this hospital” So far didn’t hear anything bad about this hospital every thing looks good. Very busy. Hospital. Staff is very good.
