Staff is great. The people who run the hospital need all to be fired. No heat in rooms and hallways. Dont know how many more blankets I can sleep under or walk with. Only care about billing insurance.
They're probably not gonna care about any of these one star reviews, but staying in this ED overnight was the absolute worst experience of my life. I just think that if you couldn't care about others, just don't be in healthcare. Except for a few standouts, like Dr. Margalit, a nice PA, two nice radiologists, one nice nurse and one nice aid, it seemed everyone else was just there to do the bare minimum and tick boxes and make shortcuts. Overall everything very bad my brother came in here for treatment he was in emergency situation but they took 4 hour to take care my brother .. I request them they don't care.
