They fixed my water heater efficiently, and I appreciate their professionalism. I’m only giving 4 stars because the final bill was a bit higher than expected.
I’m happy with the service overall. My water heater is working like new, and the price was reasonable. The team was respectful of my home and cleaned up after the job. A small scheduling delay kept this from being a perfect five-star experience, but I’d still use Richmond TX Water Heaters Service again.
