RTC is a literally a hidden gem of a gym! The Coaches/Fitness Trainers here are not only authentic, but very well versed in obtaining your desired fitness goals, providing achievable milestones no matter your age or level of fitness! This is the type of local business we should be supporting in our communities. They’re truly family friendly atmosphere allows everyone to level up and grow in strength, endurance, mental fortitude, discipline, health. And so much more!
Richmond Training Center is THE best place to go for Real World scenario martial arts training, fitness, yoga and much more. Both my kids and I have been attending for over three years now and all three of us have grown because of our attendance. Not only in discipline, but in strength of character, will and skills. The coaches are excellent with my kids, but do not coddle them. Their strictness is tempered with patience and understanding. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting and taking a class.
We found RTC just over a year ago and it has been such a blessing. Both my kids do Jiu jitsu and then my 7 yr old son stays for the circuit training. This is an adult class, but EVERY adult there is so encouraging to all the kids who stay to workout. They will actively reach out to partner with kids at stations to help the kids know what to do and are so positive for their efforts. Its a small gym where real people go to stay healthy and supported inside and out of the gym. Definitely worth choosing this gym over others!

This place is awesome! Coach Daniel and Coach Chuck are top-notch not only are they skilled, but they also teach with passion and patience. My kids are always excited to come train, and I’ve seen such positive growth in them since joining. The gym itself is very clean and has plenty of room. Highly recommend!
