Chris was great and patient to deal with, no high pressure : just seemed he was trying his best to help me out with my Mercedes. Just a tip please remind your techs to put valve stem caps back on after service ha ha - no biggie! I’ll still be back 👍🏽

I was visiting a neighboring business and, due to the parking lot being completely full, I parked here without realizing the two businesses were separate. It was my first time in the area, and I understand I parked in the wrong spot. However, the way the situation was handled was very disappointing. Always great working with Chris and the crew at Richmond Tire & Auto! I recently took my 30 year old Ford F250 over to the shop to address a leaking steering gearbox. Parts can sometimes be challenging to find given the age of my truck, so they initially advised on installing a parts store brand gearbox from their distributor as it was the most readily available, and also it was cheaper than a Ford Motorcraft unit.
