Went in here for my first time today. The guys were so nice and helpful. The guy who put my new battery in kept me informed and showed me everything he did. More than anything, these guys treated me as if they knew me forever.
I had only come here once before for a vehicle inspection, and today was my first time getting my car repaired here. The staff were very reliable and professional, and the price was very reasonable. Everyone was also very friendly. When they found out I didn’t have a ride, they even offered to drive me home (luckily I live nearby). I really appreciate their kindness and great service!
We have been doing business with Richmond Tire and auto for years. They are always honest, friendly, courteous and trustworthy. They build a relationship with you and they treat you like they treat their friends with your best interest at heart. Honestly, over the years they have become trusted friends. We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else except when it is a mandatory dealership visit due to a warranty. You won't be disappointed if you trust this company with your car.
The guys at Richmond Tire and Automotive are awesome. They’re not the most expensive nor the cheapest. They are the most honest and reasonable. I’ve gone there several years and I have always been satisfied with their service.
