No one answers the phones. I hope they are on Holiday. Not impressed with reviews.
Had a promo digital subscription, went just past deadline to cancel got hit with a $15 charge per month. They refused to reverse that charge due to contract language. These guys are obviously bleeding capital and are probably near insolvent. I'm disputing my charge but beware these crooks. Oh, their online portal is substandard. Not worth a dime. Stay away from today's RTD.
This company is pitiful!! I gave my mother a Sunday subscription for mother's day. Ordered it over a week before mother's day. I have called every week and speak to someone you can't understand due to their accent, and she still doesn't have it. Seems this would be an easy delivery opportunity because she lives at an assisted living facility and there are many residents who would like to get a paper. The receptionist says they sometimes receive 2-3 papers and there are more residents who have ordered the paper and it's not r... read more

This place is a robbery do not give them your money!!!!!!! Once they are paid they dont deliver the paper...when you call to report it no one answers...you leave a message and no one calls you back...when you email they dont email you back...but somehow they never forget to send you the next bill the sales dept repeatedly calls about your next subscription and wants more money...when you ask about your log in or papers from last year they forward you to an answering service that cant talk to you about a refund and says someo... read more
