Communication is non-existent. Short staffing was a big issue before the pandemic. It couldn't be worse now. High turnover on upper management. 5 stars to the hourly staff who are run off their feet and are mentally and physically exhausted. 0 stars for the the office staff hiding in the basement and for a couple of the nurse managers on the floor. For this reason I rounded down on the average and give them 2 stars. STOP FOR PROFIT IN LONG TERM CARE.
The staff is amazing!! My mom has been a resident for 3 years. The nursing home is very clean. My mom gets tons of attention from the staff. There are many daily activities, a hair dresser, outings, and sing a longs. Her only complaint is the food. It really is terrible, as most institutions food is.
My experience with this establishment is pure disorganization, their staff seem to be delegators with the “that’s not my job attitude, it takes forever to get some help. I find them have a lack of competence, specifically with patient treatment plans. No one seems to know what’s going on. Including the senior directors, I am not pleased with this team or their service.
Great service and even better staff. Very open to any questions and concerns.
