Great service and even better staff. Very open to any questions and concerns.
Worst management and office staff. Bunch of bullies
Communication at first was excellent but broke down very quickly. Removed our loved one from facility due to a safety concern with her roommate and it took months to have action taken. Action was only taken when we removed our loved one from the facility and we were only notified of the action 4 days after she was removed . DOC did not seem to take action quickly or communicate in an efficient manner. Staff were good but they were short of staff often and there seemed to be a lot of turn over in staff. My grandmother has been here for about a month. Every interaction I’ve seen the staff have with her and other residents has been very friendly. Their maintenance guy did a phenomenal job setting up the room, installing the TV and hanging photos. Everything is very clean and well kept. Communication with the staff has been excellent.
