So I'm typically pretty hesitant when dealing with new shops. However, the owner and crew at Superbike really made me feel as though they had my best interest. They took my bike in and along with fixing the electrical problems I was having, pointed out some things that needed to be changed. They not only showed me what they found but also sent me pictures of the work being done. They were very professional and I was able to get my bike back sooner than expected. I took my gsxr 750 track bike in to get it ready for the season. Joey did a custom fuel map and it made a massive difference! The bike runs amazing now. He also serviced the bike and talked me through a great brake upgrade which also was a huge improvement (gotta stop fast to go fast). We added a Brembo brake master cylinder. Bottom line, take your bike there, listen to their suggestions. They know their stuff and do great quality work.
Great bike shop. Had an inspection done this morning and was in and out in no time.
I wish every interaction I’ve had with auto repair shops went the way it goes with Richmond Superbike. I got calls and texted photos showing the work they were doing and the issues they encountered at each step. Joey was always up front with what needed to be done, what he recommended but wasn’t strictly necessary, and the pricing structure (which was totally fair). I’ll be happy to give them my business as long as I have a bike.
Well i used to work tgere as a texh for,about a week. Its awesome if you like,your bikes served up with racism. I quit when the owner joey refused to do,business with a black guy. Saying i just dont like black people. Also he was always rude to the techs claiming they were jokes but he's really just a$$hole. Hey joey you still want me to close my mouth before you speak again?
