I would give 5 stars ONLY TO Aryan in Service and the tech who solved the problem of my 3-days brand new vehicle. This is my third Subaru from this dealership within 4 years. As usual, the Sales team ignored any after sales inquiries. LIKE THE SOS BUTTON LIGHTS UP RED and this safety issue made the app's remote engine start to be inoperable. Hi. Purchasing the Subaru Forester 2026 was a good experience with the salesman right up until the up-sell for extra fees. They kept pushing me on paying for more things that I couldn't afford. Also I paid for a wilderness package, which I didn't have a choice in by the way, but it was never Installed. Since I live so far away and finding it hard to get to the dealership I've been asking for them to either mail it or give money back. It's been over three months and still nothing.
