Trải nghiệm tồi tệ nhất khi mua xe của tôi, người chịu trách nhiệm về quản lí tài chính quá tệ, tôi phải đợi vài tháng để trả lại tiền tôi đã đặt cọc, nhà tôi ở khá xa, tôi phải lái xe lên nhiều lần để lấy tiền cọc và rồi vẫn phải về tay không, khi họ trả lại tôi tiền đặt cọc, người chịu trách nhiệm về quản lí tài chính không hề có thái độ hối lỗi với tôi

The staff are nice but the service prices, work, and warranty are poor. I was charged more than they said my 2019 Subaru was worth in a trade-in ($4,500) to replace its tires with new ones (which they said were the "very best") and fix an axel squeak (which took them several attempts). Then, a few months later, one of the tires cracked and went flat (not due to a puncture or wear/tear), and I was told there was no warranty on the tire!

Found An F150 at this dealership through auto trader That I was interested in. I was contacted by a sales person who confirmed the truck was available in the next day I went to go take a look at it. It’s about a 1.5 hour Drive for me to the dealership, so before I left I confirmed again with the sales person that the truck is available which she did. Once I arrived at the dealership she thought I was looking at a completely different vehicle and told me that the truck I wanted to look at Actually sold already. Very Poor cust... read more
