I recommend subaru BUT stay far away from this dealer. I bought a car here in 2024 and it was a terrible experience, sales agent couldn’t answer basic questions about the car, constantly trying to push add-ons without explaining what they we’re, refusing to breakdown the financing options vs paying in full, felt pressured and rushed despite paying most of it in cash. 10/10 recommend coming to Go Richmond Subaru to see Danny and the rest of the friendly staff there! He helped me find a car that fit my aesthetics, needs and was relatively within my budget. Purchasing the car was a pretty long process but the staff did their very best to make things go smoothly as possible despite it being a busy Saturday. I greatly appreciated all the love and care I received!
