I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and traded in my previous vehicle. The salesperson I dealt with was Karan Sharma and the financing manager was Mimi Vu. I had a great experience with both of them. I felt they explained everything clearly and fairly and negotiations went smoothly. Overall, the process was comfortable and I left happy with my new vehicle.
I’m not entirely sure how sales management is guiding their front-end sales process, but there was far too much back-and-forth, especially after I noticed inconsistencies in the numbers presented (car sales tactics). That’s when I started to lose trust. That said, I want to give 5 stars to Raymond, the financing manager. The sales staff were very friendly and helpful. Benson was not pushy, went the extra mile to get my business. Unfortunately the car wasn't right for me, but I would have been confident in the purchase had I moved forward. The staff were understanding and not rude when I didn't end up buying. Refreshing to see a straight forward sales experience.
