Never again I paid for a used vehicle inspection like only leak supposedly related to my vehicle was supposed to be a little leak supposedly from the crimp of a hose related to the trans. Highly recommend. So I call Richmond Street Automotive at 9:00am on 2/12/2019 during one of the biggest snow storms of the year with my truck dead in the driveway. Give them a brief overview of what was going on and they take it from there. They set up towing from my driveway to their shop, assessed the problem, called and gave me a prognosis and an estimate. I tried out Richmond Street Auto for an oil change today, and I will be back. Their prices are competitive, and the customer service was great. My oil was changed in a timely manner while I waited in a very clean and comfortable waiting room. There was even fresh, complimentary coffee. It was a great experience from start to finish.
