I used Richmond Storage Facility for short-term storage (3 mo) as I was moving across state from Richmond for work. The managers were easy to contact, kind, and helped me set up quickly. The facility itself was also clean, easy to use, and had air-tight storage with doors that can be opened and closed without excessive force. Access to the site is done digitally— you do not need to meet an owner on site to begin service. If you are being reimbursed for a move, they also allow have convenient pdf downloads for receipts!
I spoke with Jared today June 27, 2025 and he was extremely helpful in getting my situation taken care of and walking me through everything step by step. I had an issue with my payment and I didn't know why so I called and talked to Jared and when he looked into it he saw that I had simply forgotten to update my new card expiration info for my autopay.
