Lived here for 2 years, it started off great! Spacious apartments but has turned into a construction site for the last year. They are renovating every apartment and if one is getting renovated by your unit you are woken up by drilling and hammering every morning. Construction is constantly using the elevators, parking garage, leading to long wait times and congested areas. I would avoid moving in here until renovations are done, but it will be a long process as they plan to upgrade every unit and the hallways themselves.

Do not live here if you value sleep. Lived here 1 year. Unless you're willing to go to sleep past 12am to avoid the noise from the bar on the same block and wake up at 7am before the trash trucks do their daily 23-point turn to dump trash, you will not sleep well here. It would be nice if you could nap during the day, except they're constantly renovating new apartments or shutting the water supply off or closing off the parking garage. Not to mention, it is right next to a bus station and intersection, where you will constan... read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE. On a Friday night at 10pm, they slid this notice under our door that we are being kicked out of our apartment because they are turning the apartment we have lived in for 5 years into a luxury apartment. On top of this, they have been doing constant construction in the building for months at all hours of the day. Unless you are gone from your apartment from 8am-5pm, prepare to hear constant drilling and hammering above your head, dodge construction items and construction workers all through the garage, and w... read more

I would not recommend moving here, especially if you work from home. They are renovating the apartment complex for the next 3 years, which means there will be extremely loud drilling and construction every Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm for the next three years. Also, aside from the renovations, there have been other construction projects during all hours of the day, even extremely early in the morning since I have moved in here. My walls have vibrated for hours because of loud drilling and the staff is extremely unhelpful and n... read more

We have lived at Richmond square for about two years, most of the experience has been decent.. construction here and there to the courtyard and lobby which was to be expected as we were warned when moving in… but the construction never stopped. They are now renovating empty units which has completely ruined the quality of life in your own home from 8am-4pm. Not only that, but the lease renewal I was offered had an increase of $100, which seems like a slap in the face. Grand total of $2,420, (for a non-renovated one bedroom) ... read more
