All of my massages at Richmond Sports Massage have been excellent, but I especially want to thank Shaun who helped identify which specific muscle group was causing all of my pain. With focused attention to that muscle group, I was able to get back to racing FAST and represented Team USA at finals at the Track World Championships for 40+ 800m (and got 6th!). Thank you, Shaun!!
I have had sciatica issues for several years. Other treatments have helped but my first time here at Richmond Sports Massage with Aleea was terrific!! Walked out feeling like a new person (after scheduling my next session). Aleea reviews my session with me explaining in detail where my issues were. Very technically trained
Timmerie’s deep tissue massage can be painful but so good at loosening up muscles in tight back/neck. 1st ever Thai massage was disappointing at first as it didn’t “feel” like it had worked like it does after a deep tissue massage. But then the next day when I did yoga with the kids, the range of stretch in my hamstrings on boat pose, etc was night and day better than in prior months due to Molly Rae’s work on my tight ligaments. Thank you all!
