I had an appointment on July 30th and want to share my positive experience. Tech Mr. Peilum was outstanding—helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining everything, which made me feel comfortable. I was impressed by how quickly he assisted me.
This Specialist Clinic provides excellent accredited assessment of sleep issues in a professional and welcoming manner. I had 2 sleep studies at a hospital facility a few years ago and the Richmond Sleep Clinic was a much better experience. Private rooms with very comfortable beds and excellent staff. The entire process went very smooth. The staff were polite, respectful and kept me informed every step of the way. I felt safe throughout the entire process. A big Thank you to Dr Kwan and her team.
The staff has been great. Alex was very professional and explained things thoroughly. The room was comfortable. Overall a great experience.
