Couldn’t find someone to make a duplicate key for my mailbox. Finally the guy at the big box told me to come here. The friendly guy at the front desk made a copy but wasn’t certain it work. He said no charge and come back if it works if I needed a second key. What great customer service!! Ps - it worked just fine. -w.
If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. This place is amazing. I had spoke to other places to try and get some help and this place was the most reasonably priced and they were SO incredibly helpful & kind. I’m so thankful I found this hidden gem and will only use this business from now on with the help I need in the future. Thank you!!!
I had a safe that needed to be opened. I was contacted within an hour of filling out the online form, and an appointment was scheduled for the next evening. Jay arrived on time, went straight to work and within an hour, had the safe opened. He was very personable, professional and efficient. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company!
I had 4 locks with 4 different keys. Service technician easily rekeyed on locks on site. Provided me with a new deadbolt for the front door. He was on time, professional, and in and out. No upsell, just great service and a great experience!
