I've been using Richmond Scale for many years now and they have always come through for me. They have often come to my location to fix my truck scale with little to no notice. Brian and the crew are always friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable in all they do. I would recommend Richmond Scale to anyone who is considering using them.
After needing a new vendor to oversee our high-capacity scale calibrations, we found Richmond Scales. The owners were very friendly and eager to work with us to meet our needs. The Technicians they send are very professional and get the job done in a timely manner. We have been working with them now a little over a year and they continue to meet our needs and expectations.
This is a wonderful company to work with! They installed our platform truck scale years ago on our recycling yard; we recently started back working with them for our scale service and calibrations, both the truck scale and all of our warehouse scales. They are always accommodating to our business hours and shows up for regular services as well as emergency calls without hesitation.
