Poor communication and consecutive days not showing up. Stairs not built to code. Interpersonal problems between workers on site created tension. Three years later: I discover a loose shingle. The contractor that replaced it for me told me that the nail gun was set to deep and went through the shingles by Richmond Roofing. I am now having to replace the work done by Richmond Roofing because the perforated shingles are not water tight and falling down.
