Poor communication and consecutive days not showing up. Stairs not built to code. Interpersonal problems between workers on site created tension. Three years later: I discover a loose shingle. The contractor that replaced it for me told me that the nail gun was set to deep and went through the shingles by Richmond Roofing. I am now having to replace the work done by Richmond Roofing because the perforated shingles are not water tight and falling down.

I called Richmond Roofing for a serious repair of my warehouse office roof. Diana the owner sent me a highly qualified contractor who has been with the company for years, Cedric Jefferson. He gave me an estimate and told me he would return as soon as the rain stopped and he did. I was so grateful to see this professionalism. Too many companies do not show up when they say they will.
