Amazing experience. If you have an old injury or physical issue that is unresolved do not lose hope. Please try Richmond Rolfing! I highly recommend it. I was previously a professional dancer with some serious leg injuries leaving me feeling uncertain about everything I did with my body. Rob took the time to release some very old problems in my leg and I now feel great. Went from feeling scared to touch my toes to doing the splits! Thanks Rob! I’m super grateful!

Simply Awesome! A must for anyone who works out hard or is in any kind of pain. Been with Richmond Rolfing since 2005 when I was thinking about getting surgery for my Plantar fasciitis. So glad I went to Rob first. After 3 sessions I felt major relief.. and after 10 sessions it was virtually gone except on cold days. Since then and almost 300 sessions later, countless physical issues have been resolved and attribute rolfing for my great health.
