I had a very disappointing experience today. A woman called me to schedule a hearing test for my baby, and she was extremely rude. When I politely asked if there were any other times available after 3 PM, she got rude and said she had already given me three options for one day. The next day, she refused to even tell me what times were available. I understand that schedules can be limited, but people also have jobs, children, and responsibilities. Amazing experience . Project management is very good and did a great job to maintain the hospital. Very well organized and great signage.
