I've been coming here for years anytime I've had a problem. Larry is very knowledgeable in what he does and is a very caring professional. Their staff are very professional and friendly also. The entire office is very clean and organized. On street parking isn't too bad but they do have a small FOR PATIENTS ONLY lot in the rear.
I was injured at work. And needed surgery on my shoulder. When I went to Richmond rehab and I met Larry? He is amazing! He knows his craft inside and out. My recovery has been great. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. Thanks for speeding the process for me to get back to health
What an incredible staff and amazing experience with the physical therapist!!! They make you extremely comfortable, and work one on one with you to make sure your on your full way to recovery in the right way!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! I will forever recommend them! Number one on my list!!!! Extremely clean and safe in the office as well! :)
Awesome office nice & clean all staff are truly very professional kind and caring Patricia front desk very accommodating with my schedule, Anthony and Debbie very positive knowledgeable technicians , my Therapist Richard has set up plan to get my full range of motion and my strength back after surgery, have been to office many weeks and very happy with my progress I always feel great after a visit and am very thankful to have such high quality care. I highly recommend this rehab office.
I had no issue while there as the people were nice and cared. However, one day I was told that I had exceeded the insurance allowed visit limit and not to return until more visits were approved. They never called me, not even a month later. I opted for surgery, then decided to go to a different therapist at another location. A few days ago I received notification from my insurance that Richmond Rehab requested 18 more visits, despite my not being there over a month. A little odd if you ask me.
