Took my 2 month old for his shots - a nerve wracking experience for any first time parents. I think the receptionist had it out for me from the beginning. Everything I did seemed to be wrong. If there are required documents to bring to the appointment, please include this information in the booking details (child vaccine passport, BC services card). The reception lady（she sit on the right)here is very rude and unprofessional! She is tired of helping people who is in need, seems she tired of this job
5 stars! Had my 5 yo immunisation a few days ago. Everyone we had encountered was courteous. The receptionist Linda was polite and professional. The nurse Tammy was gentle and kind-hearted. My boy well received the two shots needed and he DID NOT cry! I totally recommend anyone comes to this Immunization Clinic at Richmond Place for all their vaccination needs.
My husband and I took our toddler to this unit for her covid and flu boosters this year. A caucasian male nurse started asking questions in the room as “are you Canadians?”, “where are you from?”. After that he administered the vaccines in a rough/increased force way, my baby cried more then usual. We felt unsafe and discriminated against. My baby is Canadian and she suffered discrimination. Horrible sensation of powerlessness. Don't recommend this unit.
Ying specifically is very rude and unaccommodating. She lacks a human touch and is very ‘by-the-book’ which is commendable, but when it comes to helping others she seems kinda jaded.
