This vaccination experience was terrible. The receptionist's attitude left me extremely disappointed with government staff. I was queuing alone with my two-year-old. Because the people ahead of me were asking many questions, the wait time was extended, and my child started to cry. The receptionist rudely told me to stand further away! In that situation, I could understand if she didn't offer any help, but telling me to stand further away was absolutely unacceptable. Judgemental and demeaning staff. The lady at the front desk is rude, short and unprofessional. Retire if you are truly that miserable.
As a physician my interactions with this person has been horrible. Ying (Zoe) is incredibly rude and very demeaning both to me and my staff. I urge you to consider letting this person go
Took my 2 month old for his shots - a nerve wracking experience for any first time parents. I think the receptionist had it out for me from the beginning. Everything I did seemed to be wrong. If there are required documents to bring to the appointment, please include this information in the booking details (child vaccine passport, BC services card).
